McClean STEM, a 501c3 non-profit organization established in 2021, is dedicated to empowering black boys and young men from Gastonia, NC to pursue careers in STEM and Trade fields. Our mission is to provide comprehensive support, education, and collaboration opportunities that equip these individuals with the necessary skills to thrive in their chosen professions.

Through strategic partnerships and collaborations with existing organizations, McClean STEM aims to create a robust pipeline of skilled professionals who are ready to excel in their respective fields upon high school graduation. We believe that by nurturing talent and fostering a supportive community, we can break down barriers and create equitable access to STEM and Trade careers.
